Events

The GPNP hosts multiple events from Annual Meetings informing the membership on large scale issues affecting the nonprofit sector to quarterly Just Breakfasts designed to educate members on operational best practices. Below is a list of events we host yearly or bi-annually. The GPNP will also host events and rallies on an as needed basis as trends and timely issues arise.

Nonprofit Summit

Occurring every other year, the Nonprofit Summit is the largest event hosted by the GPNP. It brings in between 800 and 1,000 nonprofit executives and staff, civic leaders and private sector professionals. With about 40+ speakers, both local and national thought leaders and experts in their fields, the Summit encompasses a robust schedule of 15-20 workshops and pre conference sessions, keynote speakers, a hearty sit-down luncheon, awards ceremony and an unparalleled networking experiencing.

Annual Meeting

The GPNP hosts an Annual Meeting towards the end of each year to inform the membership of accomplishments and next year goals. A report from each committee, Communications, Membership and Public Policy, is given. The GPNP also hosts a keynote speaker and offers pre or post meeting workshops for this event. 

Semi Annual Meeting

The Semi Annual meeting is held in the summer of each year. This meeting provides members with an update on GPNP efforts to date and plans for the remainder of the year. Current events and issues affecting the sector are discussed. Again, the GPNP hosts a key note speaker and pre or post meeting workshops.

Quarterly Just Breakfast

Every quarter the GPNP hosts an event with a more intimate and business oriented appeal. These events are meant to bring best practices to the membership. Outside consultants and expert business professionals are brought in to teach and guide members through relevant management practices and provide them with a sound foundation for informed decision making.

All events are posted on the GPNP Event Calendar as they are scheduled. All events are free of charge to GPNP members (except for the Nonprofit Summit which offers a discounted rate to members), offer food and beverages and include designated time for networking.
